To grow our performance driven New Product Development (NPD) team, we are now seeking a¬†dynamic and creative Sourcer for non‚ÄĎfood categories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Global sourcing for non‚ÄĎfood sector products, aiming to expand and enhance our portfolio
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals
  • Ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards
  • Managing category budgets effectively and track profitability
  • Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and understanding consumer preferences
  • Collaborating with our dynamic team to bring innovative products to market
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for product improvement and growth
  • Providing regular reports on category performance to inform our strategy
  • Addresing category‚ÄĎspecific issues and challenges with a¬†creative problem‚ÄĎsolving mindset

Requirements:

  • Experienced in global sourcing for non‚ÄĎfood sector products
  • Skilled in negotiating superior terms with international suppliers and ensuring product compliance and quality standards
  • Drive innovation and collaborative product development, with a¬†focus on portfolio growth
  • Demonstrated experience in global sourcing, with strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across borders
  • Thrive in a¬†fast‚ÄĎpaced team environment, leveraging expertise in quality control and market dynamics for strategic decisions and enhancements
