To grow our performance driven New Product Development (NPD) team, we are now seeking a dynamic and creative Sourcer for non‑food categories.
Responsibilities include:
- Global sourcing for non‑food sector products, aiming to expand and enhance our portfolio
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards
- Managing category budgets effectively and track profitability
- Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and understanding consumer preferences
- Collaborating with our dynamic team to bring innovative products to market
- Continuously identifying opportunities for product improvement and growth
- Providing regular reports on category performance to inform our strategy
- Addresing category‑specific issues and challenges with a creative problem‑solving mindset
Requirements:
- Experienced in global sourcing for non‑food sector products
- Skilled in negotiating superior terms with international suppliers and ensuring product compliance and quality standards
- Drive innovation and collaborative product development, with a focus on portfolio growth
- Demonstrated experience in global sourcing, with strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across borders
