the flapjack itself as a whole is quite fine, sweetness and consistency and caloric value all fine, but for the fact that the flavor is maple syrup and pecans so there was mostly smell of cinnamon and it just wasn't very good, quite disappointing.

Great for sweetening things, just a few drops, but don't overdo it, otherwise it's bitter. It was sweet, but I didn't taste any vanilla.
