Great for porridge, yoghurt, pudding, just about anything. I also use it to line a bread tin. Just a bit of a shame about the impractical packaging (no sealing like other foods).
super food full of fibre for a healthy gut. I usually mix them in the evening with water and in the morning I find a thick porridge to which I add more white yoghurt or mix into oat or rice porridge... a quick, tasty and balanced breakfast
