Stirring constantly, pour down the throat. "Studies suggest" it's not the best idea, but I mix it into my daily energy drink of choice. So far, it's probably a placebo, both from taking creatine and from "I'm doing the right things now (by far, I'm not doing all of them, and not everything I do is right and healthy)", but I find that my chronically low blood pressure isn't giving me that much trouble. More water retention should help with that and just definitely helps me with it already 🤫.
An indispensable supplement for men and women who actively move and train. I personally feel sometimes absurdly enhanced physical fitness and condition when taking it actively. If I would choose 1 supplement to take for the rest of my life, it would definitely be creatine.
