Recommended dosage
- Take 3 capsules to cover 100% of the daily reference intake value (RDI) of magnesium 375 mg.
- On non‑training days, take 1 capsule of magnesium at any time during the day and 2 capsules at bedtime.
- On training days, take 1 capsule of magnesium after training and 2 capsules at bedtime.
- Always take the capsules with plenty of fluids, ideally water.
- Do not chew the capsules, swallow them whole.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
