It's made in France from specific mustard seeds (Brassica nigra or Brassica juncea) according to the traditional Dijon recipe - the only difference is that you'll find a much higher proportion of mustard seeds and zero unnecessary ingredients compared to the Dijon mustards you've seen before. You can enjoy the uniqueness of this mustard thanks to its rich mustard flavour, unique grainy texture, strong aroma and subtle spiciness.
When selecting the ingredients for the mustard, we have paid attention to the quality of each one. As a result, only non‑GMO, organic ingredients reign supreme, namely 31,3 % mustard seeds from France, vinegar, water and salt. No sulphites, flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
The plus point of this flavoring is the antioxidant content, which helps protect the body from free radical damage. Mustard can also support digestion and metabolism thanks to the enzymes in the seeds.
