Hi/good day, my moss mug cake also leaked and stuck around the edges. All that's left is a chunk of hard stuff in the bottom of a tall mug.
I baked it for 2,5 minutes.
I'll make 6 for 300,- and if I make 6 I'll throw them in the trash :-/

Hi Kristyna, thank you for your feedback. The mug cake mix should be thicker rather than thinner. Try letting it sit for two minutes and gradually adding the mixture as needed. Setting the microwave to a lower power setting and checking the mug cake continuously might also help. For a more supple batter, we recommend adding more ingredients such as coconut oil or butter. Hello, I follow the instructions but the dough always leaks out, half is gone and the rest is unfinished. It tastes weird. What else can I make with the mix, I really don't want to wash the MWT daily and then basically throw it all away :-( I bought the mix based on reviews but I really have no idea what I'm doing wrong :-( Thanks for any advice.
Hi Helča, for a perfect mug cake we recommend setting the microwave power to 600W. Choose the biggest mug you have at home, but don't cover it with the lid 🤓. You can also add some butter to the batter to make it smooth 🧈. After 2min of cooking, check how it looks and let it finish for another 20s if needed. Don't forget to decorate at the end 🧁. Hello, in the description of the name it says 4 types of protein, but in the ingredients there is only milk protein. I am only intolerant to whey, is it also contained in it? Thanks a lot :-)
Hi, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but every time I take the mugcake out of the microwave it's hard as a rock. It's inedible. I'm doing everything according to the instructions.
Hi Naty, to make the mixture thicker rather than thinner, try also letting it stand for about 2 minutes and adjusting the thickness if necessary - add more mixture. At the same time, you can set the watts lower and after 1,5 minutes to 2 minutes, take it out and check. If the Mug Cake seems unfinished, put it back in for 15 - 20 seconds. If you'd like a fluffier Mug Cake, add some fat. For example, coconut oil, butter, etc. Hope these tips help! Have a nice day

Hi David, we did the following: we mixed up a portion in the normal ratio (70/70) and poured the mixture in 3 parts into a max half muffin tin. We baked in a hot oven at 180 degrees without preheating for about 15 min. The baking time needs to be monitored. Mug cake will pop out nicely at the beginning. You can take it out when it is slightly golden on the surface. It worked beautifully for us even without the microwave and we believe it will do the same for you :-). Have a nice day,
