Welcome!
I would like to know where the peanuts used come from!
Hello,I want to ask if the butter should be stored in the refrigerator after opening?Thank you
Hi, we recommend storing the butter in a dry place where it is protected from sunlight. A pantry is ideal 😍. Have a nice day.
Hello, is the 1000g pack in a glass or plastic container? Thank you.
Hi Honza, the 1000g pack is in a plastic container. Have a nice day
When you turn on the filter for gluten-free products, this product shows up, and it may contain traces of gluten-containing cereals
Good day, thank you for your feedback. The "gluten-free" filter is set correctly because the product is gluten-free. The product tag is not listed on the product because no pure butter contains gluten. If a product is marked as containing traces of gluten, it does not mean that the product contains gluten. It was only created in a factory that has not been verified as gluten-free. Thank you for your understanding. We wish you a pleasant day.
Hello, I love this butter and buy it regularly, so I was wondering if you regularly test your products for aflatoxins. Thank you very much for your reply 😇
Hi, can I just ask if the peanuts are hot air roasted?
Hello what is the minimum shelf life of the product? Thank you for your reply
I guess I have a slightly unusual question, but I'm wondering what is the capacity of a 1000g plastic container of peanut butter? Just measure the diameter and height of the container and I'll calculate it. I would also like to know its "waterproofness", but I'm not going to bother you with that. Thanks in advance for any reply and have a nice day. : D
May I ask why Vilgain Peanut Butter Organic - smooth is 99,- and Vilgain Peanut Butter crunchy - 100% both in 350g is 149? I don't care about the amount at all but I would like to know why I have never come across that crunchy pays more. Thank you very much
Hi Baru and thanks for asking.
In this case, it is more of a business thing - the price of raw material inputs and the manufacturing process. We are already preparing to move crunchy from Aktin to Vilgain organic. For Vilgain crunchy organic, we should get the same price as smooth. :-)
Dagmar, don't be mad at me, but what kind of answer is that? Are you even reading this or are you a robot?
The price of the raw materials on the input is perhaps identical, it is the same product - only the processing differs.
Fine smooth VS with bits of crunchy.
I don't know, I don't have schools but the main difference is perhaps the blending/crushing time of the peanuts.
Shorter time = crunchy
Longer time = smooth
So logically, smooth comes out to me as cheaper which it is not.
And back to the question, why not?
Hi, thanks for asking - I'll be happy to elaborate. It is not exactly the same product. We process the crunchy version from non-organic conventional peanuts, the smooth version from organic peanuts. Although it doesn't seem entirely logical, we actually have a better price on organic peanuts than on non-organic, which is why the product prices are different. As we mentioned above, we are working on an organic version of crunchy where we also get a better input. If you have any other questions or are interested in anything else, you can definitely contact us at podpora@aktin.cz :-) Have a great day!
